This product is fitted with a 3 phase power supply system so it is suitable for the majority of catering establishments that can power heavy duty items. 

This latest model also has a built in microswitch safety feature, which cuts out the power when the bowl guard is opened for added safety. With a lift up head, removable bowl, and simple to use controls on the side panel, along with a timer and on/off button, this is a superb spiral dough mixer to help you get your graft on and prep like a boss. This model has variable speeds with an inverter that’s easily adjustable to suit your needs.
