The Lincat Silverlink 600 twin tank electric free standing fryer boasts hinged elements to give you easy access during cleaning and front drain off taps for easy removal of cooking oil. Cool zone technology collects cooking debris to give you cleaner cooking results and saves you money by prolonging the life of the oil. Front mounted thermostat controls to give accurate cooking temperatures throughout cooking with a flame failure device and top temperature cut out to ensure the fryer performs safely.
